Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food items are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been delivered or picked up.

Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• No Charge Cancellations: You may cancel your event at no cost if cancellation is made at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled event date.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within five (5) business days of the event may be subject to charges based on costs already incurred (e.g., ingredients, preparation, staffing, etc.).
• Force Majeure: Events canceled due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather, pandemics, protests, or security concerns will be considered force majeure. In such cases, you will be allowed to reschedule the event for a future date at no additional cost.
