What if it rains or we have extreme weather?
We operate rain or shine. However, last-minute cancellations due to weather will result in a loss of deposit.
What if I need to change my event date?
Call us at least 14 days before the event to request a date change. Requests made within 14 days may result in the loss of your deposit. Date changes are subject to availability, but we will do our best to accommodate.
When should I make changes to my event?
Please make any changes at least 14 days before the event. Changes to time, location, or address may require additional notice since we often have events scheduled before and after yours.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food items are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been delivered or picked up.
