However, last-minute cancellations due to weather will result in a loss of deposit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if I need to change my event date?<\/strong><br \/>Call us at least 14 days before the event to request a date change. Requests made within 14 days may result in the loss of your deposit. Date changes are subject to availability, but we will do our best to accommodate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When should I make changes to my event?<\/strong><br \/>Please make any changes at least 14 days before the event. Changes to time, location, or address may require additional notice since we often have events scheduled before and after yours.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Due to the perishable nature of our products, <strong>all food items are non-returnable and non-refundable<\/strong> once they have been delivered or picked up.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellations<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellations<\/strong>: You may cancel your event <strong>at no cost<\/strong> if cancellation is made <strong>at least 21 Business days <\/strong><strong>before<\/strong>\u00a0the scheduled event date.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Late Cancellations<\/strong>: Cancellations made <strong>within seven (7) business days<\/strong> of the event may be subject to charges <strong>based on costs already incurred<\/strong> (e.g., ingredients, preparation, staffing, etc.).<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Force Majeure<\/strong>: Events canceled due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances such as <strong>severe weather, pandemics, protests, or security concerns<\/strong> will be considered <strong>force majeure<\/strong>.
